It's impossible to avoid nowadays. Everyone has something to say about it, especially those who have no idea what they're talking about.

It greatly effects the entire population, especially 52 per cent of us. 

I'm talking about sexual violence, rape in particular. 

This video, that I found via BULLET magazine is of Angelina Jolie speaking at The Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict, I'll let is speak for itself.

One memorable quote, "“It is a myth that rape is an inevitable part of conflict. There is nothing inevitable about it. It is a weapon of war aimed at civilians. It has nothing to do with sex, everything to do with power. It is done to torture and humiliate innocent people, often very young people."
